1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the yaya 9 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the yaya 9 website, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full and without reservation.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are asked to stop using the platform.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply to all yaya 9 services, including: online casino games, slots, live casino, cricket and other sports betting, and any promotional offers. They apply equally to all members using the platform from Bangladesh.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on yaya 9, you must meet each of the following conditions:

• Your account must be for your own personal use only — placing bets or using the account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

2.3 Duplicate Accounts Prohibited

Only one account is permitted per person, device, IP address or household. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed immediately and all balances and bonuses in those accounts will be cancelled.

3.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for keeping your yaya 9 account login details — username and password — confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. 3.2 Suspicious Activity

If the platform's security systems detect unusual or suspicious activity on an account, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend that account until verification is complete. Deposits and withdrawals may be unavailable during this time.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

yaya 9 currently accepts bKash, Nagad and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Transactions must be made from the mobile number registered to the account.

Deposits from a third-party mobile number or third-party account are not accepted and such transactions will be returned. Deposited funds generally appear in the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A minimum of ৳1,000 applies when withdrawing winnings from an account. Withdrawal requests may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and the registered name must match.

4.3 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, yaya 9 reserves the right to verify the member's identity. This process may require a photo of a national identity card or passport. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available on your first deposit at yaya 9. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — for example, a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

yaya 9 provides the following regular promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms and wagering rules:

• Weekly yaya 9 Recharge Bonus: 20% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200. This bonus can be claimed once per week on any deposit.
• yaya 9 Slot Festival Reward: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200. Available once per day on deposits made for slot games.
• yaya 9 Weekend Blast: 30% of deposit, up to ৳4,000, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200. Can be claimed once on weekends only.
• yaya 9 Birthday Gift: Up to ৳1,500, 10x wagering. Available once per year during the birthday month.
• Refer a Friend, Win with yaya 9: Up to ৳2,000, 8x wagering. This reward is given for each new friend who successfully registers and makes a deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A deposit equal to or greater than the bonus amount is required to receive a bonus. No bonus offer is equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time. yaya 9 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and sports market on yaya 9 has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. When betting with a bonus balance, the maximum bet limit stated in each offer must be followed.

6.2 Faulty Game Results

If a technical error causes an incorrect result in any game, yaya 9 reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount. For any technical issues, contact the support team via live chat or email.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, bets are accepted before the event begins. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be returned. If match fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, the relevant bets and any winnings may be voided.

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or any program.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through risk-free betting strategies ("arbitrage") or systematic methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Completing registration with false or incomplete information.
• Using or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

8.1 yaya 9's Rights

yaya 9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly if: any provision of these Terms is violated; evidence of platform abuse or fraud is found; false information is provided during identity verification; or it is required for legal or security reasons.

8.2 Account Closure at Member's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the yaya 9 support team. Before the account is closed, all applicable wagering must be completed and any eligible funds withdrawn.

12.2 Internet Connection
